Ecoforum Marbella eulogizes MIUC’s trio of new courses

MIUC announced the trio of newly launched courses that will start in the Autumn in academic partnership with the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO) on the VI InterEcoForum about

 

The two-day conference on March 23rd & 24th in Marbella on the theme Sustainable Tourism for Development warmly welcomed Dr Mateos’s news about the three new partnership courses – two at Bachelor level in International Business and International Relations and one at Masters level in International Relations – and the Luxury Marketing modules on MIUC’s Bachelor degree course in Marketing & Advertising.

The United Nations has designated 2017 as the International Year for Sustainable Tourism Development and the Marbella Forum attracted tourism professionals and those especially interested in Spanish/Russian tourism issues.

The InterEcoForum is an annual international event dedicated to highlighting Sustainable Development issues and this year decided to highlight the topic of Sustainable Tourism for Development.

InterEcoForum aimed to be a platform for the exchange of innovative ideas that can provide practical solutions that favour the strengthening of the role of tourism in building a sustainable future. This annual event is supported by MIUC’s academic partner MGIMO along with the United Nations Association of Russia and the Municipality of Marbella in Spain the VI along with the technical panels on sustainability, which was attended by relevant members of the private sector and high-level representatives of governmental administration officials at local, national and international level and the VI InterEcoForum included workshops and a familiarisation tour of Marbella.

 
 

The Forum has already achieved a place in the professional and business community as a reliable platform to build relationships at the highest level. In previous years the topic of Sustainable Development focused on Energy, Infrastructure, Transport, Agriculture and the Food Industry where international experts and representatives of public administrations from several countries participated.
